  1. How do I determine if I placed a special order?

    A special order constitutes any item specially ordered, custom-made, engraved or altered at the customer’s request. Items marked with "Special Order" need to be ordered and may not be returned or exchanged.

  2. How do I check the status of an order I placed on your old website?

    If you registered an account on our old website, you can check your order status or history by logging in to your account. If you did not register an account on our old website, you will not be able to get access to your order status or history on our new website. Please feel free to Contact Us for questions about orders status, returns, and exchanges. We apolohize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

  3. Are all of your jewelry items listed on the website in stock?

    If an item is listed on our website with a "Ships in 24 hours" flag, it is almost certainly in stock. We update our website inventory on a daily basis. However, there is a small chance that an item sells at our store and isn't removed from our website immediately. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill an order, your credit card will not be charged and we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item is listed on our website with a "Special Order" flag, we either have a sample at one of our locations or do not have it in stock. Items marked with a "Special Order" flag need to be ordered and may take longer to ship.

    Yes, but not many. Both of our locations are closed in observance of the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
