*Actual delivery date may vary and is based on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance time, and other conditions. Priority Mail Express® offers overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. addresses. Scheduled delivery date and time depends on destination.

  • Shipping Schedule

    Orders placed by 12pm CST will be shipped out within the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped out the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number.
  • General Information

    • For your protection, we require signature confirmation upon delivery for orders over $200.
    • We can accommodate most rush orders or expedited delivery requests within the United States. Please notify us of your request by phone at 888-632-3552 or in the "Special Instruction" section at checkout-payment page.
    • Please note that we are not responsible for delays beyond our control due to severe weather, natural disasters, etc.
    • Currently our shipping area includes the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship international orders.



Your online purchase may be returned or exchanged in our store or returned by mail within 30 days.  Articles must be in original unworn condition.  Special order items and items altered at the customer’s request are not returnable. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. The charge for gift wrapping ($4.95) and priority shipping are non-refundable.  After initiating a Return, you will receive a confirmation email.

For returns please follow these 4 simple steps:

  1. Contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Print the pre-paid shipping label and attach it to your package. 
  3. Place a copy of the original receipt in the package. 
  4. Drop off your package at any USPS (United States Postal Service) facility.
