SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order items may not be returned or exchanged. A special order constitutes any item ordered, custom made, engraved or altered at the customer’s request.
SIZING
If you need an item sized simply fill in the Special Instructions box on the Checkout - Payment Information page. We will size it and ship it directly to you. For in-store sizings please allow 2 to 4 business days. For special order items please allow 2 to 6 weeks.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Articles in original condition (except for special order items) may be returned within 14 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued only to the purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Sales involving trade-ins, bullion, coins or clearance, and financed and discounted items may not be returned or exchanged. Items that have been exchanged may not be returned or exchanged. SALES & USE TAX
If merchandise is shipped outside of Illinois and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax in their state of residence.
