SPECIAL ORDERS

Special order items may not be returned or exchanged. A special order constitutes any item ordered, custom made, engraved or altered at the customer’s request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Articles in original condition (except for special order items) may be returned within 14 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued only to the purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Sales involving trade-ins, bullion, coins or clearance, and financed and discounted items may not be returned or exchanged. Items that have been exchanged may not be returned or exchanged.

SALES & USE TAX

If merchandise is shipped outside of Illinois and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax in their state of residence.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway accounts require a deposit of 50% and 2 payments per month. Items on layaway for more than 15 days are non-refundable. If 30 days pass without payment on the account, we reserve the right to return the item to stock. A credit may be issued, less a restocking fee. Alterations and adjustments, such as ring sizing, can be made once the layaway account is 75% paid off.

FINANCING

Bella Cosa Jewelers has financing options to fit your needs. We offer “90 Days Same as Cash” to qualified buyers. On some items, we offer up to 24 months, interest-free! We’ll work with you to find the perfect financing solution.

GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT

Please note that many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color and stability. Such treatments may or may not be permanent in nature. (This does NOT apply to diamonds, except black diamonds, unless otherwise noted.)

GIFT CARDS

We offer gift cards in any denomination. (Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.)
