| SHIPPING AND RETURNS All returned merchandise must be in complete original condition, same condition as sold. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Central), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same business day. After 12:00 p.m. (Central) orders are subject to be shipped the following business day. Bella Cosa Jewelers offers FREE US Postal Service First Class mail. All orders are shipped insured at no additional cost to you. Should you need expedited shipping, please call us at 1-888-632-3552. Please note that orders received after 2:00 p.m. (Central) will be shipped the following business day. Currently our shipping area includes the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship international orders. To insure your complete satisfaction with Bella Cosa Jewelers, we will exchange or return any item purchased on our website. The unused item must be returned within 30 days of purchase date (shown on sales receipt). For full returns, a credit will be made minus shipping and insurance (where free shipping was given $5.00 will be deducted for the return). For returns please follow these 3 simple steps: 1. Contact us by email: info@bcjwb.com, or phone: 888-632-3552, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) 2. Include the RA# with your return, and be sure to write it on the outside of the package. RA# MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR IT WILL BE REFUSED. 3. For your protection, be sure to return the item insured and registered to guarantee its arrival.
