Jewelry Repair Manager
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Family owned fine jewelry store has an immediate opening for an experienced Jewelry Repair Manager.

Provide guidance, plan and verify all repairs are performed to the specifications stated to client within the appropriate time frame, maintaining appropriate supplies for repairs.

Inventory maintenance of all jewelry repair supplies. Ensure outstanding client service. Prepare and follow-up as needed on deliveries and express jobs.

Prepare various reports, Review and approve all repairs.

Place necessary orders and track all finding.

Maintain repair supplies and reorder accordingly (with approval when needed).

Maintain detailed informational documents relating to OSHA MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Requirements

Bench knowledge preferred

Strong technology skills

Must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Exceptional presentation skills, utilizing outstanding written and oral communication
